Our office will be closed to the public as mandated by Federal and State laws to comply with social distancing practices. If you need to make a payment you may use our payment dropbox located to the left of the door. We also can take payments over the phone and on our website. Our customers continue to be the Heart Beat of our business and we are available to provide you the customer experience that you have been accustomed to. San Isabel Services propane is committed to providing reliable and exceptional service to our customers.  We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and we will do everything we can to protect the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our community.  We will continue to follow guidance from the national, state, and local health authorities to ensure that we are taking the appropriate actions.

  • San Isabel Services Propane is focusing on maintaining a healthy workforce in order to prevent interruption to our services for our community. For our safety, during service and installation appointments, you may notice our drivers and/or service technicians wearing protective gear such as gloves, face masks, and eyewear.  If you have already scheduled an appointment, we ask that if anyone in your household is ill, please contact the office so that your appointment can be rescheduled.
  • We urge you to practice the personal precautions recommended by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) to help prevent illness. They include frequent hand washing, not touching your face, disinfecting surfaces, and social distancing.  You can find additional details at cdc.gov .  More information is also available about COVID-19 from the World Health Organization at www.who.int.
  • Many families are spending more time in their homes than normal due to school closings, working from home, etc. Because your propane usage may have increased, we suggest that you closely monitor your tank level to ensure your household continues to have adequate propane supply.
  • For your convenience and to minimize social contact, our website, sispropane.com has a bill pay option available which is a great way to pay your bill without having to leave your home.  To get started, you just need your Customer ID and Account number, both of which can be found on your statement/ticket.   If you would like help enrolling, please contact us at the office @ 719-547-1214.  You may also pay with a credit/debit card over the phone, or mail your payment to 90 N Laser Drive, Pueblo West, CO 81007.

Propane plays such a significant role in Southern Colorado, and we realize the importance of ensuring our customers have the propane that they need.  Our staff is dedicated to servicing our customers and will continue to do our part to support our community.  Stay safe and healthy as we work through this together!
