We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and we will do everything we can to protect the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our community. We will continue to follow guidance from the national, state, and local health authorities to ensure that we are taking the appropriate actions.
- San Isabel Services Propane is focusing on maintaining a healthy workforce in order to prevent interruption to our services for our community. For our safety, during service and installation appointments, you may notice our drivers and/or service technicians wearing protective gear such as gloves, face masks, and eyewear. If you have already scheduled an appointment, we ask that if anyone in your household is ill, please contact the office so that your appointment can be rescheduled.
- We urge you to practice the personal precautions recommended by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) to help prevent illness. They include frequent hand washing, not touching your face, disinfecting surfaces, and social distancing. You can find additional details at cdc.gov . More information is also available about COVID-19 from the World Health Organization at www.who.int.
- Many families are spending more time in their homes than normal due to school closings, working from home, etc. Because your propane usage may have increased, we suggest that you closely monitor your tank level to ensure your household continues to have adequate propane supply.
